"Now I only speak from the horrible experience I had with one of their agents. His name is Rashard Wroten. He was a complete scam artist and horrible person . This man kept trying to con my mom and scam her to add more things on her policy even after she said no many times. Even without her permission he would change her policy and add on things and when she call to ask for it to be removed he would make things difficult and refuse. I get your trying to make some extra money for yourselves but if scamming older women is the way to go your pathetic! Whenever called to speak to him about the things he is doing and to fix problems he is creating he would duck the calls or hang up abruptly and never fix them. I told my mom cancel with them and to get far away from these people because not only are you disregarding the policy holder who is paying the money but also choosing to do what you want and refuse to listen or help ! I would not recommend them , I will report them and he needs to be removed as an agent because what a horrible person he is. I will never do business with State Farm again ."
